Hey friend,


I'm Carrie and I'm a registered dietitian, mom of 4, and former chronic dieter.


Like most of the women I work with, I grew up entrenched in a world of scary thin supermodels, 100 calorie snack packs, and fat-free everything.


I spent decades trying to make my body fit an ideal that never felt attainable and my mental health and well-being suffered because of it.


It wasn't until my then 10-year-old daughter stood on my bathroom scale and told me she needed to go on a diet that I realized how my weight obsession and constant dieting were impacting my life and my children's.


I made it my personal goal to get myself out of the soul-sucking diet cycle and worked so hard to improve my relationship with food and my body.


And I feel beyond blessed to help women around the world do. the same.

In this pillar, the focus shifts to exploring valuable nutritional shifts, mindful & intuitive eating practices, and reconnecting to your hunger/fullness cues.

Is this course self-paced?

Not at this time. This will be a live-coaching format with access to various supplemental video lessons week by week to support the topic being discussed that week.

Are there refunds?

Due to the downloadable features available to you in the course, refunds are not available at this time.

How is this different from other nutrition programs?

We are going deeper than just diet and exercise. We are looking at root cause situations. We will be identifying your thought patterns and belief systems, as well as the emotions and actions that brought you to this point. We will work on rewiring these beliefs to help you create realistic and sustainble habits to get you to your goals. The mindset work is often the piece that is missing from other nutrition programs.
